"TikTak" is another addition to my Japanese sumi (ink) hand-painted collection. Careful brushes of sumi hand-painted on this large wool & silk blended wrap create a dramatic statement. Once the sumi is applied on the prepared fiber, it must air dry and then steamed for several hours to secure the pigment on the fabric. It's warm and soft - and one of a kind!
60% wool / 40% silk
Measurements: 36" x 74" or 91 cm x 188 cm
*Care instructions: Hand wash is COLD water (never hot) with very mild detergent. Do not over agitate while washing. Rinse and gently squeeze out the access water by rolling in a towel. Gently shape it back to its original shape (blocking). Dry flat. Some color may bleed a bit.
Ironing: set iron on wool setting with steam. ON REVERSE SIDE, press gently while ironing to maintain texture.
