*Care instructions: Hand wash VERY GENTLY in COLD water (never hot) with very mild detergent. CAREFUL NOT TO SNAG THE MAGELLAN SILK! Do not agitate while washing, as the fine layers of wool will continue to shrink – just a short soak and a few dips. Rinse and gently squeeze out the access water by rolling in a towel. Gently shape it back to its original shape (blocking). While still damp, set your iron on wool setting with steam and press gently to maintain texture of the felted surfaces. Continue to block in shape while ironing taking care not to snag the tip of your iron on the loose weave of the magellan silk. Dry flat.
