Bavaria is one of several scarfs from my "mini" collection. "Mini' because it’s the perfect little accessory to jazz up any outfit. Wrap it once around or several times - it's light and pops of color.
Hand felted with fine merino wool, a bit of twinkle yarn, silk bits and angelina to make it sparkle. I used the nuno felting technique on a hand dyed habotai silk base. Bavaria may be just the perfect little gift for someone special this holiday season. NOTE: Pin accessory not included.

Care instructions: Hand wash is COLD water (never hot) with very mild detergent. Do not agitate while washing, as the fine layer of wool will continue to shrink – just a short soak and a few dips. Rinse and gently squeeze out the access water. Gently shape it back to its original shape. Drying flat is ideal. If ironing is necessary, use wool setting with steam and press gently only. Hand block to shape. This item can also be dry-cleaned but hand washing is preferred.
