Harlequin collar is another fun accessory created out of industrial wool felt. This hand cut shape was hand dyed using the Japanese shibori technique and then top stitch to create clear lines. The closure is clean and modern. Harlequin is very light weight and will jazz up any outfit. Hand made and hand dyed in my studio, like all of my designs. Enjoy!
